As Ivruss slowly fed her, Flaris felt as if this was not the first time that he had done this for her. She slowly tried to think of the many things that she had been through these days and asked slowly in a small voice,"So, that girl.. Ha Ni who was used by your enemies, she died because of me?"
"No." Ivruss answered unequivocally.
She would have believed him if he had even hesitated but his sure answer made her feel even more guilty.
Ivruss sighed and placing a finger under her chin made her look up. "She was already planning suicide when Ingris found her. Trust me, soon Ha Ni will be in a better place than she was here."
"How can you say that Ha Ni will be in a better place?"
"She was probably being bullied from what we understand. For black magic to work, a person needs to be too weak emotionally, too susceptible, basically on the edge of losing everything. So she probably was. Her suffering is now at an end."
