"Mr. Michael... Please don't mess around! How can he be called a doctor? His appearance alone is very questionable".
Everyone in the room had the same thoughts as the head guard.
"He is the doctor I chose because he is not an ordinary cardiologist, but a professional surgeon". Michael said firmly.
