Hi there readers, T'is the Author (Again...). This Axillary Chapter is about how the world is structured and some history. It might get boring so get some music or something whilst you read this.
There are 5 continents: Human, Beast-man, Sub-Human, Demon and Neutral zone. These continents are divided to have their own varying land masses and each have their own specialities and development in different sectors. The Human specialize in science. The Sub-Humans specialize Magic and Craftsmanship. The Beast-men specialize in Agriculture and hunting (In a way that minimizes damage to nature and the circle of life). Demons specialize in Straight up Battles, be it a war or a duel or a simple dispute, it will always end up with one side dying
The Humans lack Mana, so they use tools made using the core of monsters. These cores are generally made by condensing Monster Blood, however if it from a stronger monster like a Dragon, there is no need as a Dragon make their own core.
The Elves have a high Mana capacity, this means they can cast strong spells without much drawbacks. Also as Elves are Blessed by the Mana they don't really have a need to take Potions made to Fill up one's mana. Dwarves aren't like Elves, they don't have a lot of mana or a life as long as them but, they do have excellent handiwork. They make cities deep in the mountains, literally. They have forgers powered by Dragon cores, and make the best tools, be it magical or not.
Beast-men lack Mana like humans, but have created their own way of using magic. This method is known as Chanting. Chanting allows Beast-men to utilize magic by gathering the ambient Mana, and forcefully turning it into a spell. the only drawback is that it takes a long time to cast, hence magic is a dying trend for most Beast-men.
Demons are like living tanks in our standards. They have a lot of fire power and Vitality. There are many kinds of Demons, such as succubi and Imps. They do have their short comings as most Demon species are battle-hardened and have a love for fighting strong opponents, almost like an addiction. All demons are firm believers of the Demonic Gods and the devil himself.
The neutral Zone is the only place where no one lives. its inhabited by strong monsters like wyverns, Corrupt Spirits, Eldritch? creatures.
