Issac is in his clinic, though the place had been slightly revamped. The walls are filled with drawings and he placed more sweets on the table as compared to biscuits.
The walls were also painted with all characters from different movies, T.V. shows and even anime. Issac just let it be, even making room for more places on the walls to be painted and his clients seemed to have no problem with it.
The place has also changed from a one-room clinic to a two-room clinic. One is the waiting room filled with books, a T.V. board games and also snacks.
The other room is where he meets his clients privately.
This change was due sooner or later, given the change in the man's life as well.
