"How did you even figure that out??" Royce asked, staring at Issac suspiciously as he looked at the thicket in front of him.
"Remember that memory thing I did with Clause?" Issac said, tilting his head to the side.
"Yes?"
"Well, I just did something like that with the woman." Holding his gloveless hand up, Issac grinned under the mask. "So I was able to see what she knew and this is it."
"You scare me sometimes," Royce said as the two walked into the opening of the wall.
"Why? I didn't do anything wrong." Issac said, as they passed several trees before finally coming to a building. The building was not taller than the trees so it was nicely hidden away.
"This is ... small."
"Never judge a book by its cover, Royce," Issac said, pulling the mask off his face to reveal the scars on his face disappearing. "The negative energy here is intense. I'm getting goosebumps just feeling it."
