"From what I know, it seems like they were requested by the people there." Zadie began, holding her spoon with one hand and the bowl of rice in another. "Most of what they are complaining about is that they are not 'treated' as they were back 'there'."
"From what Jadin told us, he was recruited. But most of the people there came from prestigious, so to say, backgrounds. Many of them have served in some kind of war before or were part of some elite force." Royce pointed out, taking the capsicum from Zadie's bowl.
"That I remember." Zadie thought for a second. "But why? And how are they able to do this? Just … just how powerful are they?"
"I want to know too." Royce paused, looking at the bowl of soup in front of him, trying to ignore the heavy smell of alcohol. "Do you think … do you think we will be able to take care of them? Us?"
