Chapter 65 - At The Hands of Fate

The hills of the north were scattered with lifeless bodies, and tainted with the blood of holy knights.

A lone chariot wheeled over the narrow paths, followed by quick marching horses. There was a big man sitting in the carriage, he had long thick dreadlocks, a face marred with battles, and cold blue eyes that glared at nothing in particular.

This man was the king of the north, and Izekiel's most trustworthy ally; Lahn Haughan.

Some past debts caused Lahn to become loyal to Izekiel so much that he won't think twice before sacrificing himself for his safety.

As soon as Izekiel had arrived in the north to seek his aid, Lahn had asked him to sit back and the northern military would take care of anyone who might dare to harm him.

However, Izekiel refused to hide, and instead, he said that he had come to the north to look for Queen Azenora's father. He needed to meet him for something very important.
