At the hospital, Adriana just got out of the bathroom after washing her face and brushing her teeth. She saw Amanda who was conscious and being examined by a doctor while Zach was having breakfast with Evan with a menu of fast food hot dogs and french fries.
"Adriana you should go home first to rest, then check the shop," said Emma who was sitting next to Evan. She looked at Adriana who was now sitting next to Zach, starting to take a serving of hot dogs because maybe she was hungry too. "I know you have been uncomfortable since last night so you should rest now because I know your big belly makes you tired very easily," she continued.
"I don't think I have the heart to leave Mommy and Amanda," said Adriana.
"It's okay, sweetie. I'd rather not bear if my twin grandchildren would be in trouble because her mother wasn't comfortable."
