On the peak of a hill, a colossal castle stood guard over a packed metropolis. The streets were clogged. It was crowded, with houses built on top of one another, rows of stores, and people moving so close together that they bumped elbows. It was almost as bursting as Giza.
Faith insisted on going on foot into Mainfield to avoid unwanted attention. She enjoyed seeing city life outside of the limitations of a carriage. As they approached the gates, people dismounted and took hold of the reins of their horses. Therefore, Faith and her guards followed suit.
The people here were so consumed with their own hectic lives that they didn't spare her a glance as she journeyed through the city. Everywhere she went during her tour, people gawked at her. It was a relief to move freely without feeling the stares and hearing whispers.
