*** Becca's POV
I was sore from last night, so when I has to walk out of the castle to step into the SUV, I hobbled. Elias wore a small look of amusement as he slipped in beside me, but dropped it when I glowered at him. When he saw the glare, he pulled me into his arms, watching the scenery pass by while resting his chin atop my head.
Last night, was a night that I was introduced to some new feelings, as I could feel every emotion that was coursing through Elias, occasionally his thoughts that passed by. It was a night to remember, needless to say.
Once the SUV pulled into my family's drive, I pulled myself out of his arms, leaning toward the window, to see the mansion in the dying light. It still glittered, where the windows reflected the pretty colors of the sky, with a touch of warmth.
