*** Zayn's POV
Ever since we left that island, where I decided to finish off the Dragon Nation Emblem, on her left wrist, our voyage has only gone downhill since then. After Rebecca received news about her mother who recently had a miscarriage, she only let a few people know about it, and because of her choice, Becca has been hard on herself.
She rarely comes out for the small crew parties to relax, instead, she's either in her office working on plans, as always. Or she is silently drinking by herself, as she's trying to wash her sorrows away, only allowing either Zariah or I to get close to her. Which is slightly frustrating seeing her in this state.
Other times when we stay in little ports, working to get more business deals, Becca will sometimes stray from the group, hiding out in either a park -it's indoor or not- or a place that has an interesting scenic view. Usually, takes me four hours to find her.
