"You said something didn't you?" I lightly kicked his leg under the table, and he winced like he was in pain. Rolling my eyes, I looked at my parents, who were still bickering and I deciphered some parts, and it was indeed about the both of us, and modeling.
"Mother. Father. How about we discuss this over a pleasant meal. After all His Highness is here." I pointed to the table, looking at the many amazing dishes. There was steak, salad, and sweet tea, for us kids, and wine for them.
Elias smiled when they stopped bickering, and somehow managed to avoid their glare. Waiting for my parents to take a seat, I kept my demeanor calm and collected, however, that went away as soon as Mother spoke.
