"Mother! Father! I'm back." I called into the wing, closing the door behind me. Inside, I could hear a light conversation in the room, as it echoed off the walls, as someone shushed the others.
Stepping into the main living room, I tipped my head to our guests who were one of the generals, and his wife. The wife jumped up from her seat, appearing in front of me, taking my hand gently, since it was still in its cast.
"Lady Willow, perhaps join us for tea?" She asked, and I looked to the side meeting my Father's eyes and he lightly smiled. Taking in a small breath, I looked at the beautiful lady, she looked to be in her mid-sixties, and her skin looked ageless.
Her brown eyes studied me closely, her black hair was pulled up by a hair clip, with a few strands framing her face, creating a doll look. She was dressed in business clothes, a beautiful blouse with little flowers, and a pair of black slack. Almost reminding me of Grandma Maria.
