"It's been a while since you've eaten a nice meal, has it not, Miss Willow?" I glared at the table which was set up on the main deck, it was a candle-lit dinner, and the food looked appetizing, but I knew what this was for.
"My last meal, before things become serious, how sweet of you, Captain Cortez." I sarcastically answered, while taking a seat across from him, running my hand on the soft tablecloth, that had many dishes on it.
Two wine glasses, one blood and the other water, a nice piece of pork to be shared between us, and a small salad to go with the pork. The tableware, was fine, with beautiful glass plates, and stainless steel silverware, which had a handle made of fake malachite.
"It seems you catch on quickly, I can never surprise you, can I?" He chuckled and I looked at the nice dinner set, and the calm night, the waves brushed against the hull in a steady rhythm, and the night has a sweet scent of spring.
