"Umm." I stepped back, and he chuckled for a couple of seconds, at my reaction.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't be bombarding you on this fine evening, not with business. Perhaps we can meet for lunch and we can talk about a trade deal?" I nodded my head, letting out a sigh of relief, that this man took the hint that I didn't want to be noticed publically.
"Sound's good, Governor." I shook his hand, before turning on my heel walking past a couple of guards in the dining area, to where the crew was on the dance floor. I fidgeted with the sleeve on my beige sweater leery of people around me.
I wanted to go back to the room, but I didn't want to ruin everyone's enjoyment on such a festive day. I tucked my bag in a hidden place, before taking a seat on a bench watching most of the hall dancing, singing, and humming the melody to most of the songs.
