Waking up only a couple of times to eat the prepared dishes for me, I slept for most of the trip. The girls took turns keeping my temperature low, staying up late at night to watch over me, with the help of Ayden.
They were right, it was only a matter of time before my body crashed, it was only natural. My coughs were getting worse every day, to the point I was barely getting any sleep, before they dosed me with some type of medicine.
Today was a bright sunny day, which looked perfect to sit outside, yet I was confined in this small room. I groaned silently, glancing longingly out the window, with a bright blue sky, spotted with few clouds.
"You awake?" I turned my head to the captain, not bothering to sit up because it would be such a feat without one of the girls to assist me. I met his burgundy eyes, seeing the common worrisome look within.
