"We can't see anything ahead!" Carlos shouted from the crow's nest, only for others to get close to the hull. We've entered into a foggy area, where the air chilled like something was waiting for us, watching.
"Slow the pace, we can't risk crashing." Ayden looked up to those working the sails, and they immediately tied the sails and our brisk pace slowed down to a steady slow movement, where we observed the fog closely, looking for anything that would cause the ship to crash.
"Captain! Up ahead there is someone in the water." We rushed to the front, and indeed someone was in the water, however, it was a lady. Narrowing my eyes, I shoved forward and noticed something overlooked by the others, a tail.
"Get her aboard!" Many of the men looked around for rope and Ryan jumped into the waters, carrying the lady back to the hull, where the others pulled him up. Once back on the main deck, Ryan grabbed a towel for her and brought her to the Captain, who was on the poop deck.
