Months passed by, and days started to blur together, the longer that we were on the sea. And the longer that we were stuck together, we slowly got used to each other's flaws, most of our stubbornness wore off. Or at least Cory's and Zayn's, as they could hold a conversation with me without any problem.
"Croadaar is probably a week away, we finally starting to see other ships, native to the east, based on their flags. I would advise you to send a pigeon to their capital, requesting a safe passage." Cory rolled out a map, and I leaned forward, resting my chin on the back of my palms. Looking at the worn-out leather map that was on my desk.
"We're within a week?" I asked with amazement in my voice and he nodded his head. Letting out a small sigh, I looked at the pin that marked Croadaar, suddenly feeling a headache pop up. "I'll send a pigeon, I can assure you that we'll be fine when we enter."I rubbed my temples, hoping that my headache would lessen.
