Kelvin started the bombardment by using his shadow ability. The weapons he took out was a machine gun as he began to shoot. However, looking at the first row of Xermo that didn't seem to be affected that much aside from pausing for a split second, it was clear that bullet couldn't penetrate them.
"What in the world are they?"
"Mutated Bone Armor Xermo. There might be some that are Mutated Porcupine Bone Xermo," William's lips twitched when he answered. How in the world there were so many of them? He was sure that the mutation rate was quite low…
At the back, Gloria had taken out her phone and connected it to the view from the satellite right above them. Her eyes narrowed when she saw the source of the Xermo.
"What is it?"
"It's from one building. They're all coming out at such fast rate." Gloria looked at Lui and narrowed her eyes. "We need to do something about that."
"Circle them?"
"Yes."
