Drap! Drap!
William came out of the underground base and rushed towards the tall tree nearby. But as he touched the tree, he felt as if there was something rejecting him. The tree felt as if it had come to live.
'Tree spirits?'
The thoughts felt so bizarre that William wanted to curse out. He shifted his attention to the guard tower that Rozan built for them and climbed it up. For some reasons, he felt as if he was not going to fight the tribe but rather the entire forest.
Was it really possible to control the trees here?
William's eyes narrowed as he looked up. Both Cathline and Yakov had positioned themselves at higher grounds on the mountains. They would cover themselves and waited in their position without moving at all, just like how snipers were supposed to be.
