Malger Mansion - on the outskirts of New Amsterdam City.
Due to the security breach- caused by a super, the mansion immediately went into full lockdown.
Two hundred feet from the mansion, groups of electric posts popped out, glowing with energy. Focusing beams of energy toward one another, they enshrouded the mansion with a crackling electrical field.
Following the "Chameleon Protocol" written by Red Shift, no one is to get in or out of the mansion without proper screening.
Once a highly regarded superhero, Red Shift was depowered when his apprentice and former sidekick, Blue Shift, garnered enough support from various factions in the Superhero Association to "force him into retirement". Although now a "mere mortal", Red Shift's decades of experience in dealing with superpowered adversaries makes him quite valuable in the eyes of the Malger family.
From outside the locked down area, teams of five Khok Key Security members enter the premises. They slowly bring the residents out, where they are individually isolated and screened.
Khok Key Security is a mercenary group/security company founded and led by Khok Key Maska, a former superhero.
Due to allegations of bullying, Khok Key Maska lost his superpowers and was eventually booted from the Superhero Association. His post superhero career had him smuggling drugs, selling weapons, providing "protection", and intervening in regional wars with Khok Key Security. The first few years were rough, with a casualty rate of over 70%. Eventually, however, Khok Key Security was able to acquire enough funds and reputation to hire superpowered 'subcontractors' to supplement their gaps.
Assuming they are dealing with more than one super, Khok Key Security brought experts to the mansion; including a well-known psi-mechanic and an ordained priest of the Divine Sun.

Early morning.
"What do you mean you can't find her?" Jay Resga, head of security for Malger Mansion, berates his guards, "A supe just ups and vanishes? Does her power include teleportation or something?"
"Find her, or at least find her tracks!!! She fell out of the god-damned window!!!" Jay curses, "Are you saying there's nothing there? What are our leads?"
"We questioned Lexi, boss." guard #1 responds, "She's still out of town visiting her dad."
"We've swept the premises. There were some spy cams and listening devices... we're analyzing who's on the receiving end." guard #2 summarizes.
Walking up to the checkpost, Alex simply states, "This is taking too long, I have to go."
"Sorry big man, no can do... we have orders," Jay responds.
"Let me out now or it'll be your jobs." Alex pressures the guards, "There's a crime in progress... I need to go now! You can continue the screening without me."
"Give me a second." Jay says as he listens to his communicator, "Yes."
Turning to the surrounding guards, Jay directs them, "initiate protocol Alpha Bravo Epsilon."
Immediately, five guards detach from the group and flank Alex.
"They'll walk you to safety sir," Jay says respectfully.
"Good." Alex curtly replies.
"Come this way, sir" a guard says as he motions for Alex to follow him.
After walking a few feet, Alex asks, "Wait. Why are we heading back to the mansion?"
A guard responds, "Just following the protocol, sir."
Alex silently follows the guards as they enter one of the fortified buildings that surround the mansion.
Opening the door to a room, guards motion for Alex to get in.
Weighing his options, Alex suddenly lunges at one of the guards, his form and outfit shifting to become an exact match of his victim.
*Bratatat! Bratatat! Bratatat!*
The sounds of gunfire erupts as they both get gunned down.
From the central control room Alex winces and asks, "Would you have done the same to me?"
Red Shift, a large muscular man with white hair and trimmed white beard, glances at Alex before responding, "If you didn't pass the challenge words, yes."
"But…" Alex says, "What if there was mind control? Or if I was under the influence or impaired?"
"Then, I would apologize to your corpse." Red Shift pauses for a second before continuing, "We already had a good idea of who was the real you. Sometimes it's more about testing the adversary."

Later that day. BOND General Hospital.
BOND stands for the Boundless Organization for New Destinies. It was an organization founded by Dr Shannon Aurora Katfaks, better known as Dr Life- a once popular superhero. Dr Life became disillusioned with the 'system' and the 'fragility of humans' when her parents and brother died 'before their time'. There are rumors that Dr Life created the original neo-hominids, and the original neo-hominid transformation process, in order to grant humanity 'effective immortality'.
Regardless of the truth of the rumors, BOND General Hospital is a world-renowned hospital that specializes in treating super-beings and people impacted by superpowers. Furthermore, the strength and popularity of BOND General Hospital protects them from hostile takeovers- especially from the Superhero Association.
Alex, the Judgementor, has checked himself into BOND General Hospital. Although there is typically a queue for top of the line medical care, Alex's connections allowed him to jump the queue.
In a comfortable, wet-lit hospital room, Dr Mald gives Alex his prognosis.
"Tell me Alex… do you believe in God?" Dr Mald asks.
"What do you mean?" Ales looks at Dr Mald quizziedly.
Dr Mald glances at his notes, "As you suspected, you were hit with a considerable dose of Delta rays… It says here - that's when your clothes changed.. Yes.. that would cause it."
"Wha… What does that mean? How long do I have?" Alex asks.
"50 to 80 years on average, maybe longer the more faith you collect." Dr Mald replies with a smirk.
"..."
"Got you thinking, didn't it?" Dr Mald laughs, "Anyway, a * special * super wants to see you."
"Umm... who is it?" Alex groans, "Not another executive of the Superhero Association."
"No. No. No one of that sort." Dr Mald says, "It's the Redeemer, God's chosen. He asked to see you specifically. This is just my personal opinion, but you should really have a chat"
"What does he want?" Alex asks suspiciously.
"Why not ask him yourself?"

A few minutes later.
"You are the one called Judgementor?" the Redeemer asks.
Alex nods, "I am."
The Redeemer proudly puffs out his chest and states, "I am the Redeemer, defender of the True Faith, successor of the Athanasian Creed."
Alex says, "how thoughtful of God to arrange matters such that, no matter where one is born, the local religion is always true."
The Redeemer glares at Alex, "are you mocking me?"
Alex shakes his head, "No. No. Of course not. Just making an observation."
"That's patently false. People convert all the time." the Redeemer says.
"You missed the po… you know what? Forget it." Alex asks, "So... you wanted to see me?"
With a hint of pride in his voice, the Redeemer says, "I have come to judge your worthiness."
Influenced by the Redeemer, Alex smiles and proudly replies, "My worthiness? I'm plenty worthy - afterall, I'm a hero."
The Redeemer shakes his head, "Powers do not a hero make, character does. If you may, please answer my questions."
"Sure." Alex says flippantly.
The Redeemer asks, "When was the last time you helped the needy? Provide aid to the fallen? Punished the children of Ham?"
Alex thinks for a moment before responding, "Help the needy - a week ago at the charity ball. There were a bunch of protesters outside, so I gave them a hundred each and asked them to leave."
"Hmm..." the Redeemer thoughtfully considers Alex's response.
Alex continues to answer, "Provide aid to the fallen, I helped stop some muggings. A few days ago, I escorted a little old lady safely home."
"Go on..." the Redeemer coaxes.
"Punish the children of Ham? No idea about this one." Alex shakes his head, "I had a bacon cheddar a few weeks ago, but I never saved a pig."
"You are not worthy of joining us", the Redeemer spits, "but due to the consideration of the good doctor, we will not fight today. Pray that we do not meet again."
Shaking his head, the Redeemer leaves the room.
Alex stares blankly at the Redeemer's back, processing what just happened. He mutters to himself, "That nutcase got offended because I didn't save a pig?!?"

Evening.
The Lower East Side of New Amsterdam City, at a bar called Sans Souci.
Sans Souci, affectionately known as the Sewer to the locals, is a little dive bar with a large outside smoking area in the front; the inside is dark, the weekend bands fun, and most importantly, the drinks are stiff and inexpensive.
The indoors, and outdoors, areas are currently packed because of the band, Lamia Excursion.
On the stage, as the band plays their set, a well-dress man approaches an attractive young lady sitting at the bar and negs her, "wow, that lipstick's a little dark don't you think?"
The lady glances at him and spits back, "well I didn't fucking wear it for you", and goes back to paying attention to the band.
The man proceeds to try to get her attention with other lines like, "you'll be a whole lot prettier if you wore more make-up" and "you're not as hot as you think you are" before finally slinking away.
A few moments later, another well-dressed man approaches the lady and says, "all the drinks in the bar, and you picked the sparkly hot pink one?"
A few hours later. A room inside the Haven Apartments.
Ager Sanguinis, a burly male Cassian vampire whose flesh retains the cuts, tears, and bullet holes he's incurred, examines the desiccated husk of a human male and says, "you need to stop draining your prey."
Natasha Kamarilla, the attractive lady at the bar, responds by saying, "Oh, come on. Don't be such a prude. He had fun ."
Ager ignores her commentary and snorts, "Empress Night wants you to arrange a positive meeting between her and the Judgementor, can you do it?"
Natasha happily exclaims, "of course! I am such an awesome Storyweaver!"

The Lockup. Superhero Association, American Northeast branch.
Prior to the establishment of the Psi-Solar correctional facility, superpowered individuals in the US were incarcerated in one of the six Lockups scattered around the country. Originally, supervillains were housed in supermax or administrative maximum (ADX) prisons, but reality has shown them incapable of keeping supervillains in controlled custody. Consequently, the Lockups were specifically created to hold supervillains. After the Psi-Solar correctional facility went live, however, the Lockups were transferred to the Superhero Association, who use them as short-term holding facilities for super-beings.
"So how was it?" Autumn Night, a red head wearing a black and silver spandex costume, coos.
"Went surprisingly better than the worst case." Cyrano, who now resembles a heavily bruised suave Frenchman, notes, "I'm glad they used non-lethal force. And wasn't Alex supposed to be gone for at least 5 hours?"
"Well hone, you'll love this part..." Autumn Night says as she presses herself against Cyrano, "Kim Benitt's filing a lawsuit against him."
"Oww oww oww." Cyrano pushes Autumn Night away before asking, " Who's Kim? And why is she filing a lawsuit?!"
"Look at the package." Autumn Night smirks as she slides a manila folder over to Cyrano.
Cyrano hesitantly flips through the package. As he does so, his expression changes from disbelief to shock, to dismay, and then finally, to acceptance.
"I don't understand." Cyrano mutters incredulously, "As much as I *hate* the bourgeois, on what grounds am *I* suing him?"
"Hmm... " Autumn Night explains, "One. His mansion's a death trap. Two. They used excessive force... and you... Ms. Benitt, a private eye investigating a pedo ring, inadvertently got injured during the investigation."
"Wha- What about my outstanding warrants, the breaking and entering, and the hidden cameras and transmitters?" Cyrano asks, "What about the powers I showed?"
"Let us worry about that." Autumn Night says with finality.
Sighing, Cyrano transforms himself into a *busty* female brunette detective, complete with slacks and a dress shirt.
