"Do you want to reunite with him?" Mike asked Anna while the rest of her cousins were talking among themselves. They seem to be interested in the island that is now visible from the deck. All their interest is on the island now, leaving Mike and Anna some space to talk freely with each other.
"Even if I want, I might not be as lucky as you in this aspect." Anna said, giving a mocking smile. This guy here actually managed to woo her arrogant cousin on whom he had a crush for years but couldn't approach her because of the Xander family.
He told Anna that he wouldn't be able to get Katherine's hand because the Xander family wouldn't allow it. Later after some years he wooed his crush with his crush's grandfather's permission.
He really became a winner in this aspect.
