"Anna, I suspect your maternal family." Marcus said.
"I do too." Anna softly answered.
"You think they are involved in the murder? Marcus asked.
"Maybe. Maybe not." Anna said.
"Yeah. They are so unpredictable and eccentric." Marcus agreed.
"But, based on my knowledge, I think they are only trying to cover something. I think they just want to distract you from something." he added.
"That is what. We can never come to a conclusion before thorough investigation." Anna said.
"And, Allen's family (The Kellers) are helping your maternal family." Marcus said.
"That's a given." Anna bitterly chuckled.
Her maternal family and the Kellers are very close. They are like an extended family of each other.
"Why don't you ask your fiance? He might -" before Marcus could say anything, Anna gave him a stern look.
"I don't have a fiance." she hissed.
"Not for the next one year." she added, her eyes getting gloomy.
