After Anna finished her phone call, she was about to go inside but a guy stopped her.
From his appearance and high end clothes, Anna could tell that he is either a guest or Lackey of one of the guests.
"How can I help you?" Anna patiently asked, not wanting to cause trouble.
"Woman, you are lucky! My boss liked you and wanted to invite you for supper tonight." the man answered.
"You can come to Crescent Hotel after your working hours. I will pick you up there." he added.
His boss is a third generation heir, a typical playboy but respected because of his family.
No one ever dared to go against him and because of his 'generosity', every gold digger he chose would fawn over him.
Recently, he heard that Mr. Danvers' good for nothing grandson Kyle William Danvers has taken over as interim CEO.
It didn't affect him much as they don't have any businesses together. What happens with the Danver corps is none of his concern.
However, when he found out that Global Pharma had signed a contract with them, it hit him hard.
His family business mostly focuses on Pharma business. Collaboration with Global Pharma would have paved them a path to becoming a pharma giant in the country.
They would have taken over 80% of Pharma Kingdom but it all got ruined when Global Pharma collaborated with Danvers rather than them.
So, he started to keep track of the Danver Corps and especially Kyle William Danvers.
It is when he found out about Anna. He got attracted to her at first sight itself.
His interest piqued when he found out that she entered through the back door. Her educational background is horrendous and her family background is very ordinary.
Just because she is a friend of Mr. Danvers' granddaughter (Ria who is called Adriana by others), she became personal secretary of Kyle.
These types of girls are his type. The ones who cannot stand on their own and use shorthand methods to lead comfortable lives.
They are easily malleable and can be manipulated and tempted with worldly pleasures.
They are perfect use and throw materials.
When Anna heard what the person in front of her said, she couldn't help but frown.
She could easily tell who this 'boss' is.
She also knows that he wants to bait her into leaking confidential information about Global Pharma.
He wants to kill two birds with one stone.
If he can get any information about Global Pharma from her, he would be able to tarnish the Danver Corps and kill the rival.
Secondly, he can use it to sign collaboration with Global Pharma.
But who is Anna? She is the reason Global Pharma entered this country and actively approached Danver corps. She has a firm say in Global Pharma though she doesn't work there.
She can ruin his plans with a snap of her fingers.
"Sure." Anna said and was about to walk away but that man held her wrist tightly.
"What?" Anna asked. She didn't want any trouble, so she could only be patient.
"Don't forget to keep this private if you don't want any trouble from us, miss. We are not someone you can dare to offend in your life." he warned her and let her go.
Anna could only chuckle inside and leave.

By the time Anna returned, she quickly spotted both Aiden and Allen.
Allen was talking to Kyle and they seemed to be having an exciting conversation.
Aiden was simply sitting beside Kyle while he was speaking to his secretary Zara about something.
Seeing the close proximity between Aiden and Zara, she felt her heart suffocate. And, she knows exactly why it is happening.
She was a rather possessive person when they were in a relationship , so he used to maintain a respectful distance from other women so that his girlfriend wouldn't get worked out.
However, it was when she was his girlfriend. Now he is not obligated to do so. They have broken up and he is single.
He has all the rights to explore the grounds again.
Moreover, in addition to everything, Zara is not only someone who is beautiful, beneficial and proficient but is also preferred by his family.
Most importantly she is compatible with him compared to her.
Although Anna knows that very well, her heart started to get heavy. She couldn't breathe anymore.
