She furrows her eyebrows.
"Aren't you supposed to be in your room because you have a stomach bug?"
"Ah yeah..." Sydney scratches his head "I needed something..." He pauses glancing at his mother who has made daring eye contact with him. He slowly move his hand to let go of the knob after realising that his hand was clutching it. She gawks at him with pouted lips. Sydney slowly retreats from the bedroom entrance. He stood still glaring at his mom and opening the door.
"Darling" She pushes the door ajar.
Amy is sitting on the edge of the bed looking a bit puffed from her recent shower. She moves her fingers through damp hair.
"Baby..." Her mom singles out a shopping bag and extends it to Amy. "Look what I got you"
