Dumbledore looked at Sirius who was still shocked at the new revelation. He said, "I will immediately go to Beauxbatons to prepare for the awakening of Charlus' blood. This transformation will provide to be a boon and a curse Sirius. He will grow immensely strong, but he will also find it hard gain allies, as fear will dominate respect and friendship. As for the transformation itself, Charlus will find it exceptionally painful, so apt preparations must be in place."
Dumbledore went to the fireplace, and looked at Sirius. He then stepped into the fire and said, "You can come if you wish Sirius. Beauxbatons reception!"
Sirius followed Dumbledore to Beauxbatons.

"I find this hard to believe Dumbledore," Maxime started. Dumbledore had tried to explain to Madam Maxime Charlus' situation while Sirius watched on. "It is unheard of, for someone to have Phoenix blood. The boy would be unimaginably powerful. I simply refuse to believe your words."
Sirius took out the report from Gringotts and gave it to Maxime.
"If you do not take proper action, I will be forced to take him out of Beauxbatons and put him someplace where he will be safe."
Maxime looked at the repot and had no option but to believe the report. Gringotts didn't make mistakes, thus Maxime would have to believe them, or lose one student who could definitely bring Beauxbatons fame if the information were to be true.
The three immediately went to the Dining hall. Every headmaster had a system to know where each student was. Thus, they could understand where each child was, and know whether they were safe.
Dining Hall | 31st August 1985 | 1:15 PM
Fleur and Charlus were waiting for lunch to begin. It was their first day alone without their family and they were a bit worried something might happen. Charlus looked at Fleur and asked, "Do you know who your room mates are?"
Fleur laughed and said, "Yes. We knew each other before itself. Our fathers are part of a small circle, they created it to get rights for -"
Fleur suddenly stopped talking. In front of them, was an entire group of people. There were at least a dozen first-years, and in the front, there was a young boy, who seemed to be their leader.
"My dear Fleur. Why is it that you, my fiancé, are sitting with another boy for lunch instead of me? Are you looking to seduce another man? Why, I am disappointed in you." The boy then looked at Charlus and said, "Boy. Why don't you move along? I am Nasper Aubert. I am your superior in status and magic, and we are related to the famous British Malfoys. Leave before you anger me."
The boy was very haughty. Charlus however ignored Nasper and looked at Fleur, "You are engaged? At this young age? Padfoot said people get engaged at 18 years old."
Fleur shook her head in disgust, "He's not my fiancé. He just claims to be. He's been following me around since a party 1 year ago. I will never marry him."
Nasper became furious. He looked at the people behind him and shouted, "Beat the boy up!"
"Detention Mr Aubert. And detention to all of you too." Madam Maxime looked at the students ready to beat Charlus up. "I am very disappointed in all of you and I will write to all of your parents about your disgraceful behavior which is unfit of a Beauxbatons student."
"Detention? I am the heir of the Noble house of Aubert. This common muggle should be honored to be beaten by me." Nasper protested against his detention.
Sirius then spoke up, "He is the heir of the Ancient and Noble house of Potter. He is of higher status than your father. Think before doing something, and don't be influenced by the Malfoys too much boy, they aren't as powerful as you think." Sirius imparted a few words of wisdom to Nasper before turning to Charlus. "Charlus, you come with us. Fleur, I will borrow Charlus from you for some time, if you don't mind."
Fleur was deep in thought while she shook her head to Sirius' question.
Meanwhile, the three adults took Charlus back to Madam Maxime's office. Once they reached, they closed the door and placed wards and charms to avoid any eavesdropping. They then told Charlus to take a seat. Once Charlus took a seat, Dumbledore looked at him
"Charlus, I am Dumbledore, one of your parents' and Sirius' acquaintance. I will require one drop of blood from you. It will not pain, and I hope you will agree to this request."
Charlus looked at Sirius, who nodded. Then Charlus held out his hand and said, "Okay."
Dumbledore took out a silver needle, which was very sleek and had patterns carved around it. He simpy touched Charlus' fore arm, and exactly one drop of blood came out. He then put down the needle carefully, all the while wandlessly levitating the drop. He then took a close look at the drop of blood. He noticed the very fine patterns of gold in the drop of blood, and looked at Maxime and nodded.
Madam Maxime came closer and sucked a breath of air, "Praise Merlin. It's true."
She looked at Charlus with an entirely new perspective- one of respect and reverence. It was a primal instinct, if she was able to get in Charlus' good books, in the future, she would not have anything to worry about.
Dumbledore looked at Charlus and said, "You can go Charlus. I am sure Fleur is waiting for you. I heard the Boeuf Bourguignon here is excellent. Enjoy yourself."
Once Charlus left, Sirius became very serious. "Now that we've established the validity of the problem, what do we do?"
