Breelia's POV
"No, you don't understand," she stopped crying and wiped her tears away.
"It is my fault," she said deadpanned.
I stared at her, not sure what she meant. My curiosity bubbled up tho, as I couldn't understand what she meant, and I couldn't stop thinking about what she said.
"How is it your fault?" I asked. The look on her face had turned serious.
I kind of had an idea of what she was going to say, but when she spoke, it was entirely different from what I was expecting.
"I shouldn't have let them take her away from the house," her voice was filled with regrets and I knew it was all coming from the fact that she was claiming herself for what happened.
"You couldn't have known Ley," I coaxed her to stop claiming she was at fault. If there was anyone who was at fault, then it was those two or should I say three evil-doers.
