He proposed. He could tell Tinsley had fallen asleep and his mother was not up either. He had no intention to wake them up.
They walked outside on the veranda, closing the door behind them. Madison said it.
"I have the result!"
An eerie silence followed next. Madison could not read the expression that was plastered on Kian's face.
"Does he has it too?"
He inquired. He needed to know if he already had the result and if it came out positive, and if he was on his way here...he needed some time with his wife...
"He does not have it yet...I bribed the nurse to not expose it to them before me...but if I have got it now, meaning he will have it sooner or later..."
Madi let out. She had received a message from the nurse at the midnight itself.
She was making love to her husband on their bed and amidst their moans and groans, she heard her phone beeping.
