Sharon cleared her voice and Roselyn immediately removed her hand from John's hand. Roselyn took a deep breath and spoke, "this is not what I want."
Only God knew how much pronunciating those words hurt her, it was even hard to look at him in the eyes. But It wasn't comparable to how much the sound of those words broke John's heart into millions of pieces. It felt like a sword slipped inside his chest and no creature's attack ever hurt him that much.
