Eons ago, there was nothing in this universe. Nothing to do, nothing to see, nothing to experience, nothing but an eerie stillness in the vast, black nothingness. Yet, that nothingness was somehow equally a vast blank white canvas. As such, this would only destroy the minds of mortals should they see this for themselves, for how can humans comprehend what the void truly was.
Grown bored of this emptiness, the Goddess of Creation, "Seraphemus, The Lord of All," and the God of Domains "Septimus, The Shephard of Souls" decided to create something new for them the experience. They decided to create the Alpha Universe, the universe humans would one day inhabit.
The Alpha Universe was created using the two deities' powers in unison with one another. They first began by introducing their elemental affinities into new creations, their children.
The first to form was Tiflos, Goddess of Fire. Tiflos was a mild-mannered child who seemed to revere her parents, she held her head high and proud with the blessings of fire enshrouding her being.
After Tiflos, then came the twin Gods of Wind and Water; Aspherus, God of Wind and Apphasis, God of Water. Lastly, the God of Earth, "Duranus" came into being. The twins came into existence at the same exact time, though neither would admit to that, as they would struggle to squabble to find who was better than the other. Apphasis had seemed to be easy-going and very calm, unless Aspherus was involved. The Aspherus was very wild and very decisive, because of this nature, he really enjoyed teasing his brother.
Then came Duranas, God of Earth. Duranas was the largest of the siblings in his natural state. He was a very sleepy, and unmotivated individual. He seemed to be very resistant to change and had already grown tired of the Twins' squabbling. He seemed to want nothing more than a quiet place to sleep in peace.
The four deities were born into the Alpha Universe from the powers of their parents.
However, as the goddess and gods grew and realized their beings, they found themselves in the nothingness of their universe. They were still in the vast blank beyond that was both a black abyss and a white stillness, though now that the powers of Seraphemus and Septimus enshrouded and made the universe, their children had a place to exist. They existed within their omnipotence.
The four siblings were then tasked to create a realm they each saw fit to rule. These realms would exist both within and outside of the universe, in the same manner, that Seraphemus and Septimus created the Alpha Universe, these realms would exist within their children's powers. These realms were to become the primordial plains.
First to be created was the primordial plains of fire, ruled by the Goddess Tiflos. A realm vast enough to be comparable to the Alpha universe itself, an endless sea of flames. These flames seemed to have their own specific hierarchy that they followed. As such the hottest flames ruled. The primordial plain was created through the flames generated from Tiflos' power, they were the seven Genesis Flames.

'Are these the flames I have been given to control from my parents' Tiflos thought, as she roamed the primordial plain of fire. The plain seemed to tremble as she roamed through her realm.
Then there was the primordial plain of wind and water, this realm had to be created by Seraphimus and Septimus, they then kicked their arguing children into the realm. The realm was to be jointly ruled by the Gods Aspherus and Apphasis. This realm was a sprawling ocean, enveloped by hurricanes, tsunamis, tornados, and whirlpools. All of the elements of this plain fought against each other in a futile struggle for the title of dominant force of the plain.
Apphasis and Aspherus Speaking simultaneously; "What is this place? Huh? Why are you here? Stop talking, SHUT UP! Me Shut up? How dare you!" The twin gods suddenly finding themselves in the primordial plain of wind and water created for them by their parents, began to shout at each other. Their squabbles seemed to hold influence over their realm. Though they argued, they seemed to enjoy each others' presence.
Finally, the Primordial Plain of Earth ruled by Duranas was massive, seemingly dwarfing the sizes of his sibling's realms. The wondering Primordial Plain of Earth was made entirely of staggering mountains, rolling hills, endless prairies, oceans of sand, canyons deeper than the mountains were tall. The laws of this primordial plain were to be counter-intuitive to the senses, as Duranas enjoyed fooling around with one's senses as his form of entertainment. If he didn't find entertainment, he would just sleep.
The higher you climbed the mountains, the heavier gravity's effect would have on your body. You would weigh more on top of the mountain than you did on ground level, and if you were to jump into the endless ravines and canyons, as you fall, you would find yourself slowing down, you would feel lighter. Until the point in which you would just float in mid-air, repelled by the primordial plain's gravity.
With a devilish grin, Duranas smiled and said "Oh, this will be so much fun."
Within the Primordial Realm of Earth, Duranas was devising ways to utilize the powers he had been given from his parents, Seraphemus and Septimus at the time of his creation.
