I look at Grey and smile. "You spend enough time in it as is."
"Does that mean I am not welcome?" I could tell he was pretending to look hurt.
I hug him. "I missed you."
I feel him hug me back. "Sorry I was gone so long; my father had a lot to do and wanted me there to help him."
"I know, now how is that arm holding up? Zelris didn't stop complaining for a week that you wanted him to make adjustments on A piece of art."
We both chuckle as he shows off his arm, looking completely natural and almost impossible to tell unless you already knew it was mechanical. "Works like a charm, everyone was surprised, but I did find out how he did it, saved me once when others tried to ambush us."
I try not to growl out and contain myself. "I'm just glad you're safe; oh also, Dylan sisters are here."
"That idiot has sisters?" He mockingly looked surprised; I lightly bunch his right arm.
"Yes, and the eldest one could kick your ass; she beat mine and Dylan's" I smile and go sit on my bed. "Though the younger one is fun to be around, she honestly is more a kid at heart than anyone I have ever met."
"Well, want to bathe and relax a bit? I could give you a massage." He motioned to the pool in my room.
I purr at the idea and nod. "I'll go change." I walk to my closet. "And no peeking." I wink at him as I walk in, seeing him blush, then I close the door
When I walk out, I see him in the pool; having turned the hot tub function on with bubbles, I watch his body for a moment before he notices me.
"Like what you see?" He smirks, and I try not to blush and walk towards him.
"You wish; I was just making sure you don't have any new scars." I get in and sit down, trying not to think of him, just to feel him move me onto his lap. I try to growl but barely manage not to purr.
"Want a massage? You must be tense for worrying."
"I am a bit tense." I move off his lap and change to half form, letting my wings and tail out. "Please get it all."
I feel him starting with the center of my back, using his robotic arm to apply more pressure in some areas as her slowly moves to my wings, being delicate with them. He slowly moves to my tail as I try not to purr, not wanting to let him be able to tease me.
"Have you been getting practice in? You've improved from last time." I glance at him to see his reaction.
"Huh? I am more used to my arm, which has helped, but other than that, no. Why are you asking?" His face was completely straight, making me a bit relieved.
"Well, I was wondering if any girls have been hitting on you, you are very handsome, and your father is in a very high position."
I see his eyes widen as he realizes what I was hinting at. "N-no, I don't think I would be here if I did that."
I laugh and lean back against him, looking up into his eyes. "Your right; I think the only reason you're still around me is that my mother keeps my dad from hounding you."
He nods and chuckles nervously. "That and your grandmother."
I nod and move, so I am on his lap facing him. "Any ideas on my awakening ceremony? We agreed to wait on making decisions till then so my other side could have a say."
He smiles and starts to massage my neck, making me close my eyes. "I will want to talk with her first, and I am not sure myself...it feels like everyone is telling us to without letting us make the decision ourselves."
"I know; I just wish we could be allowed to make our own decisions, not have others telling us what to do." I sigh and grip the pendant around my neck.
"Well, that can also be tricky since there is a lot that comes with being responsible for yourself."
I sit up and turn to look at him. "I know, I see the amount of work my Father does every day, and I know I'll be doing similar things probably, but at least I'll have more freedom than now." I sigh and look at the window before leaning against him.
"And who is stopping you right now? What is stopping us from going around the forest and having fun? Or visiting the city? We do have freedom, Sen; you just want to explore beyond the kingdom?"
I sigh and get up, stretching, knowing that he's probably blushing. "You're not wrong. There's so much out there, so many secrets and places to explore. My Grandfather knows so much; he's seen so much that many don't even know are out there."
"And how often does he get in trouble?" I feel him behind me as arms start to wrap around my waist. I lean back against him.
"You forget that he's one of the most powerful magicians in the world" I chuckle, remembering how he'd play with me when I was younger. "With a very resourceful use of magic."
I feel his chin on my shoulder. "True, even among the Dragon Royalty, not many can match up to him, but we're getting away from the topic."
I sigh and go over to my bed, laying down and reaching my arms towards him. I see him softly smile before walking over and laying down beside me. I cuddle against him. "Can we just cuddle?"
"Sure, but we should finish this later." He pulls me on top of him, and I rest my head on his chest. "Not now."

Later I hear a knock on my door and look up to see my mother standing there.
"I know you two probably want to cuddle, but your grandmother wants to have a family dinner, oh and bring Grey."
I nod and put my head back on his chest to feel him rub my back. "Give us a few minutes."
I see my Mother smile and leave, shutting the door as I look up to Grey and into his piercing blue eyes. "So...ready to get out of bed?"
He chuckles and sits up, keeping me against him and now sitting on his lap. "I'm guessing we both would rather stay in bed, but your Mother and Lady Saphire are the only reasons your father doesn't keep us apart more often; besides, there not that bad to talk with."
I groan but get up and walk to my closet. "You can get changed in your room; I'm sure you brought more than a few outfits; I'll change here, then you can pick me up."
He nods, but before he leaves, I kiss his cheek then run into the closet, blushing.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I hear a knock on my door and open it to see Grey in a casual suit and smile, having chosen one of the dresses my mother had gotten for me after Grey and I had started to spend time together. I see him blush as he looks away before a grab his arm and begin to walk down the hall, practically dragging him for the first few feet before he seems to realize we're walking.
"U...um, nice dress, your mother choose it? I um...recognize her style."
I smile and nod; it seems his brain was still not fully caught up. "I believe we will probably have dinner with May and Retsuko, Dylan sisters, so I wanted to help impress them, oh and a nice choice in the suit, not too fancy but enough for dinner with my family."
I glance back and see that his mind is finally catching up. "Oh, well, it will be nice to meet them in person." I catch him glancing at me or, more specifically, my back more than once. I debate taking my wings out, but I decide against it. "May already has a mate in mind. His name is Aaron; from what she told me, he's an alpha, but I haven't met him."
We reach some decorative doors that guards push open as I walk in with Grey, letting go of his arm as I walk up to my Grandmother. I do a slight bow before she hugs me. "Even when it's just a family dinner, your almost at stiff as your father; give me a hug, child." her sooting, almost melodic voice washes over me as I return her hug. "You are one of the six lords, Grandmother; I'm supposed to."
"Not when we aren't doing a formal event." she steps away and looks at Grey.
I see that My grandmother is wearing her usual white dress, with free hagging sleeves, a top that covers her chest and half her stomach, while her skirt grows halfway to the floor, but that dress also is probably the one that fits her best.
"So grey, no new scars? You're staying handsome for Sendira, I see?" I could tell by her tone that she was teasing, but I also saw that May and Retsuko were already here, May seemed near-emotionless, while I could tell that Retsuko liked what she saw in Grey, but also seemed to understand what my grandmother implied about us.
My Father stepped in first. "Mother, let's sit down, and then we can all talk; I'm sure the others are hungry."
She turns to my father with a slight grin. "We can sit down, but I wish to wait for your father before-"
There seemed to be a slight shift in the air before a man appeared behind my Grandmother. "I'm right here; I just had to finish up a report to Semus."
She turned around and hugged him while kissing. "I'm glad you could make it, Your always busy with exploring and working, Valren." after my father did a false cough, they broke their hug and went to their seats at the head of the table, my grandfather taking off his cloak before sitting down.
Everyone took their seats, my parents to my Grandmother's right with me next to them and Grey on my right. Dylan, May, and Retsuko sat on the left of my Grandparents. Servers brought out food and then left as we started to eat; I could see that Retsuko was trying to be careful not to make a mess while May seemed to have practice eating delicately.
My Grandmother seemed to talk with my Grandfather quietly, then nod and look over to May and Retsuko. "You both have the same energy about you as Dylan does, but at different levels, I am guessing that you have a hard time training Retsuko, dear."
May puts down her silverware and nods. "Since I did not receive much of our...fathers power, I only needed to learn how to use it to help me physically, but with Retsuko, it has been difficult, which is why I am glad Dylan had learned from all of you and will now be able to train Resuklo directly."
My Grandmother nods. "We can help give you an area to practice in, but I can also sense something else about Retsuko, but I understand that you don't know us all that well, so you don't need to feel pressured to say anything."
May nods and gently puts a hand on Retsuko's shoulder, who seemed to have gotten nervous when my Grandomtehr brought up the strange feeling. "Thank you for your understanding. I wish for Retsuko to tell when she is ready,"
Retsuko nods. "Th...Thank you for letting us stay here and be with Danny."
My Grandmother nods and smiles. "Of course, Sendria should have more friends, and both of you are wonderful people from what Gaius had told me."
This seems to help a bit, but I could tell that Retsuko was still tense, but we all returned to eating before my grandmother started talking to me.
"Oh right, Sendria dear, your almost ready for your awakening ceremony, right? Your nearly an adult."
I nod, smiling. "Yes, I hope that things don't get...interesting like I heard my father was."
I see my father sigh as my Grandmother and Grandfather chuckle. "Oh yes, I needed to hold him down till he was more aware, but he did try to struggle a lot." My grandmother mainly said, looking at my father. They loved using this story to tease him.
"Well, that was then; it's Sendrias we need to worry about now, and besides, It's in the past." I could tell my father was trying not to get annoyed at this, but it seemed May and Restuko were surprised by this.
"You are right, thou, and I doubt Sendria awakening will be as eventful as yours; she does have Grey with her after all."
My father nearly glared at my Grandmother when she mentioned Grey but seemed to wince then glance at my mother, who simply sipped some more wine.
It didn't stop Grey and me blushing and looking away from each other as I could See May putting the pieces together and letting out a slight grin as Restuko still seemed clueless.
"G...Grandmother, that doesn't mean anything." I tried to say, but we all knew the truth, all except for Retsuko.
"Well, we did say you had to wait till your awakening to start possibly seeing who your mate might be, but after that...well, if you need a bigger bed, then just say." she let out a teasing smile as everyone in the room, but Me, Grey, Retsuko and my father seemed amused at what my Grandmother was implying.
"Not...yet, we aren't...we… let's just eat." I start eating again, as does Grey. I see My grandmother nod as she starts to eat again, and everyone else seems to as well.
As we finished dinner and moved on to dessert, I saw my mother look over to my grandmother, who nodded, then she looked over to Restuko and may. "May, would you like to train a bit later with some of our warriors? I imagine a capable fighter like yourself could help teach them a bit, and they might help teach you something."
May looks up and nods. "HTat would be wonderful, but I would like to restrict Retsuko training to those who she can't beat. She sometimes gets a bit too wild up and doesn't know when to stop."
I see Retsuko look away, seeming slightly embarrassed but also a bit ashamed as my Mother nods.
"That can be arranged. we can talk later on a good time."
I look up. "Maybe I can spare with you and Retsuko a bit, I need more experience with different people, and if things start getting out of hand, then I do have a few things I can do to help. I have sparred with Dylan plenty after all."
I see May nod at this. "Sure, but I would like to supervise when you're with Retskuo so that I can help."
Retsuko also seemed to like the idea and nodded.
"Well, then we can talk on a time later. And maybe grey might feel like Sparing with you."
I glance over and see him shrug.
The rest of dinner continued without much of any conversation, I left with Grey, and we went to his room where I looked out over his balcony as he changed into something more comfortable; I liked staying in this dress.
I feel his arms wrap around my waist, and I lean against him. "So...what do you think?"
"They are nice people, and I can understand having secrets. I hope your Mother and Gradnpartens don't push us to anything; I don't want you to feel pressured."
I turn to him and kiss his cheek. "With how close we already are? I doubt they will; besides, it's not like we don't already talk about it."
I see him look at me and kiss my nose before looking out to the stary sky. "I want us to wait till after your awakening as we promised, then we can talk about it seriously."
I nod and look out with him. "Until then, I don't mind sharing my bed."
"Neither do I."
