CREAK!!
tiny pieces of wood broke under her feet as she navigated her way through the woods, Lu yao yin have been having nightmares about the fortress on Shen Shan. Every time she closed her eyes she dreamt that the little boy was being chased and just before he dies he would call out her name, Her mind wasn't settled so she decided to check if the boy still stayed on the mountain.
Surprisingly the fortress had become a lair for another gang, it was even now bigger and fortified than it was in the previous year. She didn't have any information on the group so she wasn't going to storm into their territory, as she turned to leave the mountain she ran into a group of men.
"who are you?!" they asked fiercely.
She looked at them silently and noticed the insignia A on their clothes, a thought came to her that they might be part of the legendary gang called Abyss.
when she didn't utter a word, one of them commanded "seize the intruder!" They charged towards but with just a few movement she pushed all of them back.
"Don't jump to conclusion, I'm only here to look for a friend"
They paused and looked at her cautiously, one of the walked forward and asked "a friend who is it?" his tone was harsh and his stance alert
"He calls himself Gremlin, this used to be his home" if they say the knew him then it only means that the little boy Gremlin had actually grown to become Lord Gremlin
The men sent a suspicious look towards them selves and their alertness intensified.
"come with us and meet our boss, he might know who you're looking for" the man spoke again, Lu yao yin could tell that they actually wanted to take her into custody
"let me guess, you guys are the legendary Abyss and your boss is Lord Gremlin, am I right?" she knew she was right but still asked to see their reaction.
Their expression turned grim and they immediately charged towards her again. She effortlessly evaded their attacks and in return beat all of them to the ground.
"look I'm not your enemy, I'm only here to confirm something" she drew out a picture from her pocket and tossed to them on the floor. "take this to your boss and tell him that if of he recognizes me then I need to speak to him but if he doesn't then he has something that belongs to me in his possession and I'll be back to take it," she said her piece and then left without looking back

"boss we have a situation"
The man seated on the chair didn't turn around, he only waved his hand and signalled for the man to keep talking
"there was an intruder outside the fortress earlier today, she beat up some guards and then dropped a message for you"
"she?" the door opened and two other men walked into the door, one looked serious while the other clumsy. The clumsy one had asked the question
"yes she" the man replied "she dropped this" he dug out a picture from his pocket and passed it to the serious looking man
"Ah Chen let me see" the clumsy man tried to peek at the picture but then the other just walked past him and handed the picture to the man seated on the seat. These two were the same men that were sent to secretly protect Lu yao yin when she had just arrived in the Lu family daughter body. If they were both here then the man seated on the chair was no other than Lord Gremlin
He took the picture and he suddenly sat up in his seat, "what message did she leave for me?" He asked
"she said that you should look at the picture and if you recognize her then you both have something to discuss about but if you don't, then she was coming to take back something that belonged to her from your hands" the man relayed the message just how Lu yao yin had said
They dismissed the man and then the room fell into a deep silence.
"Do you know her?" Ah Chen asked with a solemn look on his face
"she's Kun feng" the man answered
"Kun feng? the Kun feng you told us about?" Ah Han asked this time around.
The mysterious man on the chair didn't say anything but his silence was enough answer for the two of them.
"she's lost contact with you for several years so why did she suddenly come back now? what does she want?"
"She might be after the fortress since you said she singlehandedly took it over" Ah Chen suggested
"or maybe you" Ah Chen and then the mysterious man glared at Ah Han almost at the same time.
"no seriously think of it, didn't you say that she said she would come back for you, so maybe now she has decided to come back" They ignored his comment and concentrated on what they were thinking about.
after a few minutes the mysterious man began speaking " a few years ago, a metal bird had arrived at the fortress. it seemed to be attracted to this wrist watch" he opened a box on the table and a Golden wrist watch could be seen
"where did you get the wrist watch?" Ah Chen asked
"she gave me the wrist watch"
"she couldn't possibly be coming back for a wrist watch right?" To this point each of them silently agreed, it would be ridiculous to suddenly look for him after so many years for just a watch
"it might be best if we keep all the thing that belongs to her and wait for her return"
"including the fortress?"
"she might had taken over this fortress but not without boss's help so the fortress is out of it"
The two men argued on each have a different standpoint, the man seated on the chair didn't even seem to notice their disagreement, he was lost in his own thoughts
"I don't think she means harm if not she would have stormed the fortress and massacred her way to you, we shouldn't rush into decisions yet" The clumsy man sighed lazily and ended the argument
"but still we should be prepared, we never know what we are up against"
They discussed about a few arrangements and then two of them left leaving only the man seated on the seat. Darkness of the night shrouded his face but his clear eyes could be seen lost in thought.
He stood up from the seat and walked towards a cup board on the wall, He opened the cupboard and brought out a metal bird. When the metal bird first arrived it had stuck to the wrist watch like a adhesive, he had to switch it off before it would could stay away from the watch. He turned the bird wanting to switch it on but his finger had clicked somewhere and then a tiny compartment fell open, a blue folded paper fell out of the compartment and fell to the ground, He dropped the bird and curiously picked up the paper.
A Blueprint?!
he was surprised by what he saw, on the blueprint was a sketched machinery, the drawing was not complete as the blue print had been split into two.
He frowned as he studied the paper, without even the other half of the blueprint, He could tell that the machinery drawn would be a war demon if it was brought to life. He didn't need to be told before he figured out what Kun feng was after, His expression dropped the more he thought that she was after this blueprint, in truth he had been acquainted with her in the past but he didn't know what type of woman she had grown to be. she already had such tyrannical strength before talkless of when she had such a monstrous technology with her, if she turned out evil she would be a terror the world would find hard in eradicating.
Now that he knew what she was after he wasn't so sure if he would give it to her when she comes back. He needed to first know what her current personality was to know if to ensure such an item in her hands, he could already imagine an unprecedented clash between them if she was the opposite of what he thought. He began folding the paper to keep it back then his attention caught something
shock filled his face "This...isn't This...This is bad"
