"Lord Magnus," Theo stressed out. "I am known as the greatest trickster in all three realms. And are you seriously trying to trick such a trickster like me with your lies?"
I turned back at the Northern Mage Lord, who was clutching his long green cape. I noticed that the upper part of the green robe had a design that was made of emerald stones.
Emerald stones are very rare, and the Northern Lord had them in his clothes! Well, the Mages of the Valley lands generally had more resources than the Southerners.
Magnus was silent for a long time before he began to speak again. "Why would I want to trick you, Silver Shadow? I decided to ignore you entirely, and I was peacefully ruling my region. But these Vampires are causing a catastrophe in our lands. And only you and the Dawn can stop them."
