Chapter 4 - Unnamed

On her way back home, as she jogged, she decided to take a turn to the library on a last note. She has read all of the books in her collection. She needed something else to keep her up, when she decided to not sleep that day.

'Astra Library and Bookstall'. She walked into that enormous building, full of books, the prodigy of Astra. Astra was full of people who loved to read, and write literatures. Most of the famous writers in Alba were from Astra. Her favourite authors were, Leonard Charles, Gracie Felix, Denise Hawthorne. They were all celebrated authors of Astra.

Lately, Leonard Charles had released a new novel Called 'Calling Home', She obviously wanted to read it. Her hands traced through the book shelves until she reached Leonard Charles's section. Her eyes scanned for a copy of 'Calling Home'.

"found you" There was one left. She sighed as she fastened her hands to grab the book only to witnes someone else grabbing it at the same time.

"Oh"

"Oh"

She startled and turned around,

"Oh!!!!" she exclaimed. "Wowww"

Her eyes couldn't hide the excitement to see someone she didn't expect to see. The handsome from the movie theatre. Her insides screamed with excitement even though she managed to keep a calm composure.

"Well, Hi!" He gave her a side smile which almost looked like a smile but flirty while staring deep in to her soul.

"Nice to meet you here"

"Me too. it was unexpected."

"Well great to know you are here for Calling Home too."

"Yeah yeah, Leo's one my fav authors.. Gotta read it when it comes to a masterpiece."

"Damn he's my favourite too. I must say you have a great taste!"

"Haha. Thanks." Their eyes locked. She was only noticing his eyes properly then.

His emerald eyes were extra ordinary, they were gleaming like a precious jewel inside an almond shaped chest that flutters.

"Ummm.. you can take the book now, give it to me once you've done reading.", He said.

"Thanks." She shrugged. She was anticipating for him to say something but he turned away saying "nevermind", smiling awkwardly.

To her own surprise she called out to him bravely, "Aiden!"

He turned back and looked at her with amusement. Once again their eyes locked.

"Do you wanna hangout this Sunday?" he asked her before she could say anything.

"what plan do you have?"

"Amusement park!?"

"Cool."

"Give me your number"

She gave her phone to him to let him can enter his phone number into it and ring his mobile phone once, so that he can get her number.

"Quite complicated little human. aren't you?" He winked.

'Stop it stop it stop it, my heart is going crazy wild'

"Maybe."

"Alright then, I'll text you later."

"Alright. bye"

She couldn't believe what just happened that she kept a hand on her chest to calm herself. 'what is happening??? why is my heart beating so wild?' She suddenly remembered the dream she saw a few days before. The man in suit, the first, emerald eyes, Aiden.

She felt wierd but consoled herself that it's just a dream. Everything about Aiden is like a dream anyways.

She spent some time reading the book in the library. Leonardo Charles' writing is to kill for. It's the way her articulate words and figures of speech in a way that could captivate the reader. It was a book about a man who tried to run away from responsibilities for freedom, Only to find himself with even more responsibilities. The book was perfect illustration of the phrase, "Grass is not always greener on the other side" but as you change your perspective, everything about your life changes!!

!a message from Aiden!

her phone beeped. She immediately checked it to see his message. "Hello Summer"

"Who's summer?"

"YOU"

"I'm summer? not Cara?"

"It's the same person"

"why do you think so?"

"because your entire existence screams SUMMER!!!"

**Blushes emojis

She was really blushing as she read those words. There was something endearing about Aiden, there was also a terrying aspect about Aiden. Both of them combined is a killer does for Cara
