CHAPTER SEVENTY
Jason paused. It was what he wanted, wasn't it? to leave this orphanage in the middle of nowhere to his luxurious apartment and back to running his company. But why was he having a hard time? It was good news or was it?
"Mom, that isn't the real reason you want me back home, is it?"
"Well, if you want the truth, here it is. I need you to come back home and get married"
"Oh my God Mother, not this marriage speech again. For crying out loud, it's not like I am growing grey hair, I will turn twenty-seven in two days time"
"I got married by twenty-one because I had to, Jason."
"And how is that working out for you?" Jason was being spiteful.
"Watch your tongue, boy. I am still your mother"
