Chapter hundred and sixty four
Jason stepped down from the plane he had entered. His decision to travel to Malawi was purely emotional. He wanted to get away from Nigeria to think. After all, it was the rest of his life he was worried about.
He picked up his suitcase like it was made of feathers and went ahead to take a cab to the orphanage.
Jason was halfway to the cab he flagged down when he heard a familiar voice.
"Daddy!"
Jason turned around swiftly just in time to watch his daughter fly into his arms. He picked her up and twirl her in the air. Her giggles were music to Jason's ears. Oh! How he missed her!
"Daddy! You are here!" Kara wrapped her little hands around his neck.
"You look bigger, Bean" Jason kissed her cheek. Now, he had to figure out how to carry both his suitcase and his kid but Naya wasn't far behind.
