Chapter hundred and forty
"Why else do you think? You are always the reason for her stupid actions, Jason. Anyway, her lost is my gain" James told his son.
"I need the lawyers to get out while I talk to my son. Out! Everyone" Elixir ordered everyone out but James refuses to bulge.
He wanted to be there and see the look on Jason's face as the news that would most definitely re-shape the way Jason saw himself was given to him.
Elixir took Jason to a corner of the room and James watched as she broke the secret she kept for a very long time to Jason.
James watched with a smile as Jason's face went from calm to rage and to tears. He watched as he simply slipped to the ground while Elixir tries to stop him from falling, which was fruitless. James watched as he tried not to sob and failed. He watched it as Elixir tried to touch him but Jason won't let her.
"Jason! Jason!" Elixir called out as she felt the sting of his rejection.
