Chapter hundred and seventeen
Jason pulled away from her for a minute to gather his wandering thoughts. He didn't understand why she would still ask him to leave her and fly across a world away. It was impossible and the high time she understood that it was impossible, the faster they can move on with their lives as a couple.
He watched her, she didn't come closer after he pulled away to think. She just stared at him with those beautiful eyes that see all of him and loves him regardless. Her face still had the stain of tears and her eyes were working up another batch of fresh tears. It looked like she was in pain and Jason wanted to make everything okay for her.
He approached her and held her shoulders lightly.
"Look at me....God damn it, look at me!" And she lifted her face and stare at him with the same sadness and pain he saw from a distance.
