The man's voice boomed in an eerily threatening tone.
The meat stall owner also got angry, "Why can't you be reasonable? If you think there's something wrong with the scale, then just don't buy it, or even better, you can weigh this meat on any scale you think is fair. Why do you need to make a scene here?"
"Why shouldn't I make a scene here? You poor meat seller, acting so cocky." The man sneered.
"You..."
"What, you believe me when I say that a little phone call will get you thrown out of here?" The man flaunted his latest iPhone with an air of supremacy.
Upon hearing this, the meat stall owner's face changed slightly.
"Dad, is everything okay?"
The voice was followed by a girl sporting a ponytail, running over.
Her forehead was beaded with sweat – clearly, she'd rushed here.
"Xiaocao, it's nothing, just go back to your class, sweetie."
The meat stall owner said in a low voice.
"Dad, you're here arguing with people, how can I just go to class?"
