Mr. Sandhill's class concluded with the ring of the bell, which also reminds me... Did I somehow forget to mention the fact that Mr. Sandhill teaches English literature? Well... he does. As I was walking out of class he stopped me.
"Atlas! A word."
"Yeah Teach?"
"Here you go..." He said giving me about three books each a thousand pages give or take, and about the 100 sheets of paper making this massive pile.
"What in God's green Earth is this?" I asked.
"The two or three weeks that u missed, sorry I didn't keep track due to the fact there was peace." He said with a grin on his face.
"Firstly... I'm not a pain in the ass, ok and you know you cannot live without me in your class. Secondly... The day I decide or rather I can't attend is the day you decide to write the second rendition of the Mahabharat?" I replied
"You know what about the Mahabharat!?" He asked.
"Hello!?... Not the point I am trying to make." I reply.
"Then don't miss class." He said walking out of the room.
"I am so screwed!"
The rest of the day went pretty much the same only difference is Mr. Sandhill cared to make notes for me while the other teachers did not care a bit... ouch! The bell rings and I am finally at my last class of the day. "Fuck! Finally!" After this is game time.
I had Algebra. We always use a two-dimensional graph and I always wondered why... Now I know, if we added the third dimension as the time we would have a completely different result.. time would be constant on the account of it being at a standstill... ugh, and after an hour of what felt like a fucking eternity... class was over.
It's showtime. I race to the court, volleyball court. When I reach, I start warming up only for Couch Morris to kick me out of the court because I didn't change. So then I race to the changing room only for my clumsy ass to enter the girls' room. Lucky for me no one was there otherwise I would be in trouble. So I get the hell out of there, change as fast as humanly possible, and vĂ¡monos!
This time I enter the room like a badass, with a serious death stare there's something missing.... hmm... Alexa play thunderstruck *thunderstruck starts playing*. Now that's perfect I enter the court in slow motion turn to the side with my long hair in the wind and then... Bam! I get smacked in the face by a ball. "Ouch!"
"I'm so so sorry. I didn't mean it." A girl, one I have never seen before. Well at least at this school replies.
"A... yeah... No problem. Are you by any chance new here?" I ask.
''Yeah... it is my first day here." She replies
"Wow!" I say.
"What?... What happened?" She looks around, then looks at me.
I look her in the eye and after eye contact, for like 5 seconds I told her "You're gorgeous!"
She looked all flustered but before she could say anything I heard Couch Morris yelling "Atlas stop flirting with the new girl and get your ass over here!"
"That's my cue," I said sarcastically while smaking my head and starting I running towards my court... "Coming couch."
Then I turn around and say "See you around new girl." I turn and continue running.
