"How do I help my brother get his feet back?"
Su Min remembered how happy her brother was when he was told that he would be able to walk soon.
"What do I say to him now?
Their hope was revived when her uncle told her of his friend's son who was also a renowned orthopedist in Country S.
And after getting in touch with him. They were asked to come over to Country S soon. So the treatments wouldn't be delayed further.
Su Min saw this as a way of escape from Mrs. Gu's cruelty. She wanted to act like she was leaving because of the break up and after Mrs. Gu has led down her guard. She will get back together with him and together they'd fight for their love.
Hopefully by then, her brother wouldn't be in such a pitiful condition anymore. He wouldn't be used as a leech to restrain her anymore.
Su Min had it all planned out but little did she know that the love she was fighting for was long lost.
Her Jun Pyo was already over her in such a short span of time.
"How deceitful!" Su Min thought.
"Was it all a lie? Did those promises ever mean anything to him? If it did, how could he forget our Vows so easily?
"Did he ever love me? Su Min wondered.

Jun Pyo finally got time for his friends after greeting all the prominent businessman present at the banquet.
He went to his friends and gave them a handshake.
He noticed the gift bag Kang San was holding and asked playfully, "Is that for me?
"Yes." Kang San replied without looking at him.
Jun Pyo looked at Woo Ji and smiled. "Can you believe he really got me a gift?
"It's not from him!" Woo Ji said in an angry tone.
"What is this about an engagement? That too with that strange girl? What happened to you and Su Min?
Jun Pyo ignored Woo Ji's question and he looked at Kang San. "From who did the gift come?
When Kang San didn't answer him Jun Pyo looked at Woo Ji maybe he would talk but Woo Ji shrugged instead.
"Won''t you talk? Kang San asked angrily. What happened between you and her? Why did you two break up?
Jun Pyo looked up abruptly wondering how he knew of the break up.
"How did you know we broke up?
Kang San raised the gift bag. "She was here and she wanted me to give you this and also tell you that she is sorry. She said, she had wanted to come explain to you why she wanted a break up because She didn't want you to misunderstand her and be sad. However, seeing you get engaged happily. she said, It doesn't seem to matter anymore. Kang San relayed to Jun Pyo word for word.
"What? She was here? Jun Pyo asked with disbelief.
"She saw all that?
"Oh Shit! Jun Pyo cursed and dashed out. He took his car and drove crazily to Su Min's house.
But when he arrived there, he found it locked and wondered where they were at that time of the night. He asked their neighbor for their whereabouts and he found out that they were gone.
"Gone?" Where to? Jun Pyo asked the woman again.
"They left the country." The woman explained.
"She Left! She Left!! She Left Me!!! Jun Pyo fell on his knees and cried.
His world suddenly became dark and he fell unconscious.
When Jun Pyo opened his eyes again, he found himself in the hospital. He saw his mother and his friends.
Seeing Soo Ya again made it finally dawn on him that he's truly lost his Su Min forever.
Jun Pyo got up and suddenly removed the I.V from his hand. He jumped down from the bed like a crazy man.
"I should go to her."
"I have to stop her!" She can't leave me!
She Mustn't leave me!"
Kang San held him down. "Don't be like this Jun Pyo, she already left.
"What? Jun Pyo exclaimed.
"She already left? And you let her? Don't you also love her? How could you just let her go?
Jun Pyo patted Kang San's shoulder and said, "Don't worry, I'll bring her back. I won't let her go away from me. I won't let Su Min leave me!
Looking at her son in such a state Mrs. Gu cried.
"Doctor!! Mrs. Gu shouted when she noticed blood on Jun Pyo.
Soo Ya stood rooted to the spot not knowing what was happening? She was wondering how someone who was fine few hours ago suddenly start acting crazy?
"What is happening to him? She asked herself but got no answer

Jun Pyo was discharged after spending two weeks in the hospital. Various tests were carried out on him to make sure he was truly okay to leave. When he arrived back home he immediately dispatched some people to look for Su Min. But they couldn't find her. He thought hard about where she could have gone but he didn't get any answer.
She didn't have any other relatives except her uncle.
"Then where could she be?
Jun Pyo searched everywhere for her but he couldn't find her. He finally realized that he has Lost Her. He has Lost his Su Min.
Jun Pyo exhausted every resources to search for her. He looked everywhere In the Country and outside for her but he couldn't find her. It was as if she vanished off the surface of the earth. Just like she had appeared in his life like an Angel she had also disappeared. Everything turned around in just a moment.
"In a moment of weakness I ruined it all." Jun Pyo said as he stepped out of his thoughts. Though the memories of the past were really sweet. However, those memories were really painful and heart wrenching.
"I wish I could turn back the hands of time and correct my mistakes. Then, maybe my heart wouldn't hurt this much.
I really thought, I could move on but I can't Su. I really can't live life without you in it and I'll do whatever It takes to bring you back to me.
