Calter's relatives very much want to help their Patriarch but none of them got the balls to do that
If the death of the two of them still didn't deliver Calter's message clearly then what would?
The fear of death was enough to prevent them from making any moves. They know that Calter is stronger than any of them but they didn't know that it would be to this extent!
The disparity in strength was too high for them to be able to do anything even if they were to join forces
None of them managed to react when Calter strikes to kill two of them. If they were the recipient of those lightning streaks, they would be the ones that are dead by now
If their grandfather can't do anything then their either would die because of their pride or they can only cower in fear in front of Calter
