Driana and Ji-anne had joined the dancing crowd again a while back leaving me here in our booth alone. I reached for the glass of alcohol gulping the second to the last shot I have left. The loud music from the dance floor was muffled by the closed door and walls surrounding me. "𝘔𝘦𝘩, 𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘥." I thought to myself. I gulped down my last shot before leaving the booth. The blasting music welcomed me to the dance floor.
I started dancing along with the others. A bit over tipsy but I can still stand firmly on my feet, I guess. Finally taking notice of the faint smell of sweat, smoke, and alcohol, I felt dizzy and suffocated. I wanted fresh air, so I started looking for either of the older females I was with to inform them, but neither was in my sight range. I shrugged and started to walk towards the door.
I successfully left the club several minutes later. Damn was it hard walking through that crowd. I decided to rest on the playground I spotted earlier near the club. The night breeze was a bit cold for a summer night or maybe it was just because I am wearing a cropped hoodie. I can hear the chirping of the birds against the quiet surroundings. I sit on the swing not moving, but my sight is still quite swirling. I did not think I was drunk until right now, maybe because I was just seated earlier. Taking in the fresh air, I tried to somehow wash off my drunken state.
Not long after, I felt someone pounced on me from behind causing me to fly off the swing. That someone turned me around "𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝗻?" I asked irritatingly but was silenced as chills ran down my spine when I realised I was staring at a pitch-black pair of eyes staring back at me like I was some meat to be eaten.
The man snarled at my face, inching closer to where the pulse is beating hard against the skin of my neck. I gasped when I felt a sharp pain in my neck. Soon after, blood is already spilling from the wound. The man on top of me licked the blood off and let out a low moan of satisfaction. Everything starts to become hazy. The male pinning me down inches closer again and was about to bite on my neck when I felt the weight of him suddenly gone. I saw a strange man flying off to the fence of the playground. I am so startled, unmovingly. My brain is hazy and unresponsive to process what was happening right in front of me, the alcohol I consumed all night is finally settling on me. I felt lightheaded until everything went black.

Dewei was long gone from Ashe's sight. Even the two females they were with when they reached the club were nowhere to be found too. Ashe stayed by the bar counter drinking cocktails all charged on Dewei's account just like what the older had told him. He was feeling dizzy because of the different unfamiliar scents around him and the loud blasting of music he wasn't used to. He had dropped the 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 thing a while ago deciding that the venue may not be the right place for that.
He spotted Dewei about to turn the corner to what Ashe thought to be towards the restroom. He dashed towards the older bumping into a few people on the way. "𝗗𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗶." he called the older male. "𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗲." Dewei said through clouded eyes slightly giggling. "𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁?" the older asked. "𝗜... 𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲." Ashe said."𝗜... 𝗜'𝗺 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀." he added. Dewei reached into the back pocket of his pants feeling a bunch of keys held together. He held them out to the younger. "𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲?" he asked. "𝗬𝗲𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜... 𝗮𝗺 𝗜 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼?" the younger inquired. "𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲." Dewei answered then gave the keys to Ashe."𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿 𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗜 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘀? 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆?" he added, the younger of the two nodded greeting him goodnight before leaving the place.
The raven-haired male was walking towards the elder's car when he smelled something familiar yet oddly sweeter than what he was used to. He scrunches his nose, sniffing towards where the scent is coming from. The scent led him to a nearby playground he did not see on the way to the club early that night. He saw an all too familiar hair colour, jet black eyes without any trace of scleras, on top of a bleeding brown-haired female.
Ashe froze on his spot, clearly aware of his own raven hair all turning silverish grey and his usual pair of hazel brown orbs now becoming a bright electric blue. Shoulders square, back straight, he is magnificent under the moonlit sky. Fighting his instincts, he ran towards the two. He pushed the attacker, sending him flying to the fences. He was shocked for a few seconds at how powerful his push was.
"𝗪-𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄-𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁-𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁?" the brown-haired lass asked, terrified by what just happened.
The other stood still in front of the terrified one, carefully watching every drop of blood from her neck. He did not answer the brown-haired lass' question. Contemplating if what he did was right. The terrified female looked up to her saviour only to be stoned cold again. Though the jet-black eyes she saw from her attacker are now of bright blue from her saviour, she can read the bloodthirst from that set of electric blue orbs too.
"𝗬-𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹-𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁-𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴-𝗴𝘂𝘆." she managed to scamper at least a couple of feet away as she says that.
"𝗜-𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁. 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗺. 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘆." the other finally said. He ran away after that leaving the frightened lass stunned.
As the lass tried to make sense of what happened, she heard a groan from the fence. Her attacker is now getting up blurrily looking around. She noticed that his eyes were not pitch black anymore. Upon making eye contact with the other, the strange male's eyes widened and he started running away from the lass.
Too stunned and confused, tired and slightly drunk, the lass tried to get up and walk to her car. Thinking she might be drunk beyond her capacity, she decided to just go home. She tried her best to locate her car in the barely lit parking space of the club but she could only do so much. Her visions started to blur, tunnelling until she collapsed. Before the darkness fully consumed her vision, she thought she might have seen a pair of black combat boots.
