As soon as their foreheads met, it was a jumble of emotion. There was much growling, grunting , sighing and crying from each of them. When two were bonded they had to go through a 'boundary setup' which was where each of them set up a line to where the other couldn't cross. Much like a privacy fence in their minds. Most of the time this was supervised, especially if the two parties were not to be mated, because in most instances, after the setup, it was sealed with a physical mating. Marka watched and listened intently, trying to understand what was happening. A deep moan from Evil; Ciylo must have told her something she didn't want to hear, and then a growl; she was mad now. Ciylo grunted and tried to bob his head in apology but was still wrapped in her claws. Ciylo started growling and opened his lips and licked his fangs; Marka noticed a strange musky scent suddenly and then Ciylo's eyes glazed, and he stopped growling and the scent faded. Evil sighed hard and then growled again and actually shook his head in her hands as if to drive the point home. Silence for a few moments and then more body language to suggest another argument and then Ciylo's shoulders slumped; Marka assumed in some kind of defeat; and suddenly the two of them turned as one, as Evil let go of him, and they both fell to their right knees and crossed their chests to the Warlord.
Marka was so surprised he actually stepped back. He didn't know what he expected but he didn't put it past them to try and attack him, especially after all that had transpired in the last few hours. But now seeing the pair of them on their knees in obedience before him gave him a sliver of pride and a bit of hope that things may turn out alright after all. Evil must still have the mind block and obviously had convinced Ciylo to the wrong of his actions and now they both belonged to him. He would be unstoppable. The Warlord cracked an ever so slight grin and motioned for them to stand. "Where is the child?," he demanded.
A brief glance passed between the two, Evil growled and Ciylo said, "Gone M'lord. Agba has taken him."
Rajnos sighed and simply threw his hands up in the air and started walking back towards the ship.
"We should take him now," Ciylo said in Evil's mind, as they began walking back to the ship, shoulder to shoulder following the Warlord. "You are mine. I'm not letting him near you again."
"Ciylo. Know that I am yours in mind and soul, but in body right now I still belong to him. I promise you one day we will be fully mated but for now we need him alive. Like I said earlier, we need to show the legion his true colors and sway them to our side before we can take him. If we take him now, they'll take us both as traitors and we'll be murdered alongside him. I have foreseen it," Evil replied silently. Ciylo continued to growl, his dominant side so desperate for her blood it was all he could do to walk next to her calmly. She was holding him back as well with her own powers and everyone involved was exhausted.
