We are standing at the palace exit as we wait for my father to take us home. And I am just glad that I received a message from Cornelio that he will pick me up so I can go home early. And I am so excited to see my family even though there is also a part of me that feels lonely because I know I will be missing prince Kaiden, especially after our date in the capital and the sweet kisses we shared inside the carriage.
"Are you sure it would be all right for your parents that I will come with you?" Princess Aliyah asked me for the second time, and I laughed.
