"Hello idiot," Carolina called softly.
Ethan smirked when he heard that. It seemed that after her conversation with Yui–that really cheered him up– Carolina would now say her message for him.
"When you see this message, I don't seem to be home anymore, whether you know it or not, but… I'm gone, Ethan," Carolina said quietly.
"Ahh, gone seems like too much of a word huh?"
Carolina paused, as if thinking about how she should convey that to Ethan.
"I don't want you to think I'm leaving you, even though I'm gone by now," Carolina muttered under her breath.
"Actually… I'm currently being arrested by the FBI, they have tracked me down."
Ethan's brow furrowed when he heard that. FBI? Wasn't Carolina currently arrested by the military?
He didn't ask this before because he didn't have much time to ask it.
"As you know before, I was currently looking for my father and I… managed to find him!"
