At the same time, at the San Miguel's Hospital, the nurses wheeled down the bed of Sean Gonzales, who had recovered from his slumbered consciousness for the past days, as his parents were huddling behind the nurses. Sierra was guiding her mother towards the private room right beside the emergency. The nurses opened the door, switched on the light, as Sean laid down on the bed, restless, without moving an inch. He was breathing up and down, and his eyes were opened slightly. He saw the lights on the ceilings as he felt that his bed was moved once again.
The tubes were attached to his veins, but he doesn't feel anything. The nurse checked his vital signs through the machine while he laid down there, feeling restless and everything, not wanting to move an inch. The nurses both bowed down their heads courteously and walked to the door. They closed the door gently as Sean's parents were the only ones left, her sister was sitting down on the couch. Sean opened his eyes and tried to stand up from the bed.
His father came up to him after all this time and he was surprised when Sean quickly removed the nasal cannula from his nose. Sierra was surprised by what her brother did that she stood up from the couch. Sean was starting to remove the tubes that were connected to his veins as his father came up in front of him. Sean felt the dizziness as he swung his feet on the side of the bed while he grunted in pain.
Sierra called out, "Sean, what are you doing?"
Sean closed his eyes tightly as he held onto his forehead and grimaced at his place. His father peeked over at his face and saw that he was in pain. He swallowed as he licked his lips and turned to his son. He gripped his arms as Sean was revolted on his place and was allergic to be in touch. He quickly rushed to unclasped his father's arms as he looked at him with confusion. He stood up from the bed as he was holding his head with his hand. He flailed on the floor as Sierra ran up towards the steps.
Sean closed his eyes as he stood frozen in his place while his mother stood up from the couch. Sierra peeked over at her brother's face while asking, "Sean, what are you doing? You should be back in bed."
Sierra huffed an air as she tried to reach out with Sean's chin but he slapped it. He glared at Sierra as she opened her mouth slightly. She laid down her head in the air as she furrowed her eyebrows towards Sean. He swallowed as he looked at her while the pain was subsiding once again. He looked at her with a puzzled face as Sierra stared through his eyes. Sierra gasped in her place as she doesn't see any sense of recognition right at his pupils.
Sean looked at her with a baffled eye and asked, "Who... are you?"
Sierra widened her eyes immediately as Sean stood there aloof, with a gauze wrapped around his head because of the accident he attained at the highway, while their parents were stunned. Sean swallowed as he looked down and was so confused as to why he was there. He licked his lips as he looked around and asked, "So... why am I in here? I mean... this is... this is the hospital, right?"
Sierra gasped more as she covered her mouth with her hands. She didn't know what to say as Sean was so clueless about what was happening. His father and mother didn't know what to say. Sean's mother fell down on the couch as Sean looked around with uttermost puzzlement. He was swallowing as he closed his eyes and held both sides of his head. He sighed as he doesn't even know his name.
"Sean...," Sierra breathed out through his brother as Sean looked up with his forehead creased. He looked at her while asking if it was his name. Sierra's tears fell down from her eyes as she doesn't know what to feel. She quickly closed the gap from them as Sierra draped her arms towards his neck. She closed her eyes as the tears fell down continuously while Sean was befuddled on what the woman in front of her was doing.
The door opened as Sean was stilled in his place. A tall woman came in, the same height as Sean, and she was wearing shades on her eyes. She opened her mouth slightly as she removed her shades and put them on her bag while she closed the door quietly.
Her mother said, "Feline. You're here."
Feline looked at Sean immediately as she blinked several times. She was confused on why Sean was standing up from the bed without notice. Sierra was unclasping her hands from his neck as Sean was so puzzled. Feline sighed as she furrowed her eyebrows and asked, "Sean."
Sean averted his eyes from the woman who was so strange that even had the guts to hug him. Sean looked at her while he shifted his eyes from her head up to her toe. He cleared his throat as he said, "I don't know you. I'm sorry."
Sean looked the other way as he looked down and shook his head, as he couldn't remember anything. His mind was now empty, even his name, it was blank. It was as if the only thing that he could remember was the time he had attained his accident. He held on both sides of his head as he heard the woman gasped.
"Sean---" Feline called out as she took a step towards him.
"Don't call me Sean! I don't even know my name!" Sean hastily shouted from his place as the tears welled up in front of his eyes as he was so in rage. Feline halted, Sean was glaring at her. He shifted his eyes through the four pair of eyes that was observing him, and he shook his head as he doesn't have any idea who they were.
