Mebuki "So you like swords eh?"
Sakura "W-what do you mean?"
Mebuki "I was just passing by and happened to see your presentation."
Mebuki had gotten curious and followed them when she saw Sakura make shadow clones to skip class.
Sakura "I-I just got curious and bought one for the fun of it, but it surprised me when I was able to use it."
She was turning away from her and avoiding eye contact while saying this so Mebuki didn't believe it.
Mebuki "Alright, show me then."
Sakura tilted her head "Right here?"
Mebuki face palmed "No let's go outside."
They then made their way to the middle of a clearing.
Mebuki "Alright, take out your sword."
Sakura did as ordered and took it out which surprised Mebuki since it just appeared out of thin air.
Mebuki "Let me see" she took the sword and inspected it but when she looked at the blade her eyes widened "how did you get ahold of a high-grade sword?"
Sakura was confused "But mom that's just a mid-tier one."
This confused Mebuki "No this is clearly a high grade one. It was also made in a really weird manner because it wasn't made in a forge."
Sakura "Why do you say that?"
Mebuki "Well it looks as if it was just molded and not hammered."
Sakura 'She can tell?' "Well someone just gave me some of them and I just started using them."
Mebuki "Didn't you say you bought them" Sakura paled "Anyways who was the one who gave them to you?"
Sakura "It was, aah, it was a woman named Cecil. Yes that's right."
Mebuki didn't looked convinced but she handed the sword back to Sakura "Well moving on. Show me what you can do."
Sakura "A-alright."
She then walked in front of a tree and did the same thing she did that morning but this time 9 trees went down instead of.
Mebuki clapped and smirked "How about a spar?"
Sakura was a bit hesitant because she didn't want to hurt her, but then Mebuki got cocky.
Mebuki "You don't have to worry about hurting me. I won't get so easily hurt by a little girl."
Sakura smiled "Alright then" she then took a stance "What weapon are you using?"
Mebuki "Don't worry" a tanto then appeared in her hand.
Sakura 'WTF, how she do that?'
Mebuki "Alright you move first."
Sakura "Don't mind if I do." she then flickered behind her and slashed her sword.
*cling"
Mebuki had blocked Sakura's sword without effort by putting her tanto behind her.
Mebuki "Is that all you have."
Sakura took some distance and smiled widely "Not at all."
She then took off the 'gravity seal' and stretched.
Sakura "Alright let's do this."
She then disappeared and barraged Mebuki with countless strikes that got blocked fairly easy.
It continued on but all Mebuki did was block without even letting one strike touch her. Meanwhile Sakura was getting more and more tired.
Sakura 'Damn if this continues I won't be able to keep going. Better do something quick.'She then took some distance from Mebuki.
Sakura "Alright if you can block this I'll accept defeat" She then whispered "Cecil can you buy two sword like this one's and please make them green."
[Alright.]
Two swords with green hilts and scabbards appeared in her free hand. She put the black one in her mouth and unsheathed the other two putting the scabbards in her 'inventory'.
Mebuki looked curious 'That's new.'
Sakura "Babrite her hit hoegh."
Mebuki "Huh?"
Sakura then took out the black sword from her mouth and whispered to Ceecil "Cecil do I have any SP?"
[Yes you have recently leveled up.]
Sakura "Could you please put 9 into 'Ventriloquism'?"
Cecil annoyed [fiiinee.]
Sakura "Thank you."
She then put back the sword in her mouth "Alright here it goes." 'Wow, it feels as if I'm just talking normally.'
Sakura then got into a stance and launched towards Mebuki "Oni-giri!"
When Sakura landed past her opponent she took a bit to recover her bearings and then looked back.
Mebuki wiping a trick of blood that was flowing from a cut on her cheek 'That was unexpected, if she gets more practice she will surpass me in no time.' "Not bad, your attack managed to reach me so it's your win." She then dissapeared and appeared behind a person who was hiding behind a tree. "So when were you planning on comming out.?"
Hiruzen "I see that your as attentive as ever, Mebuki."
Sakura was confused on what the Hokage was doing here 'If he's here for me I'll just take advantage of him if he tries to manipulate me.'
Mebuki just asked "What are you doing here Lord 3rd?"
Hiruzen "I was just passing by when I saw a battle that cought my attention. Anyways she really does take after you." he gestured at Sakura.
Mebuki with an unfriendly tone "So what can we help you with?"
Hiruzen got to the point "I was just wondering if your daughter would like to join the Anbu" he then turned to Sakura "Say, little girl would you like to join?"
Sakura smiled 'This is perfect' "I would, but I'm still not strong enough. It would be better if I didn't have to go to the academy and instead practice, but you see I still haven't applied for early graduation."
Hiruzen got depressed but then he got an idea 'If I just graduate her she will have a better veiw of me and I'll be able to use her with less efort.' he smiled "No worries I can just arrange for you to graduate early so you can have more time to better yourself. And when you're done if you want to my offer of joining the Anbu still stands."
Sakura's smile grew bigger "Thank you Lord 3rd. And if you arrange for me to graduate early, on the day of graduation I'll come back from training and join the Anbu."
Hiruzen smiled 'So simple' "Alright then, you can come by tomorrow to my office and I'll let you skip the test because based on your battle you clearly don't need it. You just have to come to get your headband."
Sakura "Alright, I'll be there."
Hiruzen "It's getting dark so I should get going" he then walked toward the village.
When he was out of sight he get a perverted face 'Hehe, if she's anything like Mebuki I'll have a powerful pawn at my disposal. I just have to brainwash her into doing my bidding. I'm already getting excited.'
Back on clearing Mebuki, who didn't talk because she had come to a conclusion after the battle that 'if she can do that she can take care of herself', said "Are you sure about this, I'm sure he is just going to use you."
Sakura turned to her smiling "I'm sure and I know he will try and use me, but the question is for how long will he be able to?"
Mebuki got chills 'Is this really the daughter who was always fawning over that Uchiha boy?' she shook her head and shrugged "It's your choice."
Sakura came back from her scheming "Mom I never knew that you were that strong."
Mebuki with a prideful look "Well I used to be an Elite Jounin and even an Anbu captain before I became you're mother, but I'm a bit rusty." she touched her cheek "A little girl managed to cut me after all."
Sakura pouted "Hey I'm not little."
Mebuki "Sure sure. Anyways how are you planning on training?"
Sakura "About that. Can I leave the village and come back in about 2 years?"
Mebuki couldn't say she was surprised "Fine, but you first have to tell your father."
Sakura understood "Alright, and as a gift I'll give you two swords. They're extra and I can only use 3 at a time anyways."
Mebuki "About that, where did you come up with such a bizzar technique?"
Sakura "I didn't come up with it, a swordsman tought it to me. I really admire him" 'In One Piece he had some badass scenes and I also admire his loyalty."
Mebuki raised her eyebrows and elbowed Sakura "So you admire him?"
Sakura got red "It's not like that!"
Mebuki decided to stop teasing her and go home "It's already getting late, we should get going."
On the way to the house they made some small talk and whe. they got there Kazachi was sitting in the living room.
Mebuki gestured "You should go and tell him."
Sakura then walked up to Kazachi "Umm, dad."
Kazachi looked at her "Yes?"
Sakura "I've got something to tell you."
Kazachi got a concerned look "What is it?"
Sakura "Well you see, Lord third asked me if I wanted to join the Anbu." Kazachi got a gleeful expression "but you see, before that I have to go and train in order to be able to do my best."
Karachi's expression darkened "For how long are you leaving?"
Sakura "About two years and I'llbe leaving in two days."
Kazachi then looked at Mebuki for approval.
Mebuki touched the cut on her cheek "I think that she will be able to take care of herself."
Kazachi got the message and turned to Sakura "Just be sure to come back safe alright."
Sakura smiled and nodded "I promise that I will come back, and when i do I'll be much stronger than mom."
He looked doubtful but patted her head "It's getting late you should go and sleep."
Sakura "Alright, goodnight."
She then went upstairs to her room 'Now then I think I'll just go to sleep today. I'm too tired to train.'
Sakura then changed and got into bed "Goodnight Cecil."
Cecil felt weird but somewhat acknowledged [Goodnight.]
