"Ed-Edwin..." His name rolled off Ruth's tongue in a delicious way.
It made Edwin rumble in delight. His wolf was right there, feeling their mate and taking in her scent. It was rare to have both his wolf and human at the same time.
Both of them were power-hungry and liked to dominate each other. When it came to being with their mate, each of them wanted to be there with her.
It was rare when Edwin's wolf allowed his human to stay with him while they enjoyed their mate together.
But why now? Ruth wondered.
Was it because his wolf wanted to make his human realise how much they both loved her?
Edwin darted out his tongue and licked her throbbing nerve. Ruth sucked a sharp breath, hissing when his teeth grazed her soft skin.
He was agitated, she could feel it. She was aware of a stranger on the ship. And letting her see Edwin's true self was the last thing Ruth wanted to happen.
"Edwin please!" She said softly before touching his face.
