"Yes! yes! We are tired of your folly promises. We don't want to hear your assurances. If you cannot protect your people and assure their safety then you don't have any right to claim the throne!"
That demand caught up fire, and within a few seconds, every mouth had those same words in it. People were clearly discontent. The guards were waiting for them to lose the last ounce of their patience with nervousness.
Because when they would, the guards couldn't do anything than just hold them back. After all, they couldn't use force against their own people, their families and their friends.
"Listen to me." Edwin tried but to no avail. The public was not ready to listen to anyone.
Ruth feared they might break into violence, given their pent-up anger.
But Edwin frowned. Taking a deep breath, he finally thundered like a bolt of fatal lightning struck the earth.
